Liputan6.com, Jakarta: Kesetiaan kepada suami rupanya harga mati bagi Novarina, istri dari Wiliardi Wizard, terpidana kasus pembunuhan Nasrudin Zulkarnaen. Sejak awal persidangan hingga pembacaan vonis di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan, Novarina nyaris selalu mendampingi Wiliardi.
Vonis 12 tahun penjara yang dijatuhkan majelis hakim memang membuat Novarina kecewa. Maklum, ia sangat yakin sang suami tidak melakukan semua yang didakwakan pengadilan. Namun keputusan itu tak membuat hati Novarini tergetar. Ia pun mendukung penuh keputusan naik banding dan akan terus mendampingi Willi–demikian Wiliardi kerap disapa–sampai keadilan dan kebenaran baginya terungkap [baca: Novarina: Ini Bukan Akhir Perjuangan].
Novarina bertemu pertama kali dengan Willi di Banda Aceh, Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam, pada 1986. Saat itu, masih duduk di bangku sekolah menengah atas. Kebetulan lainnya mempertemukan Novarina dan lulusan terbaik Akpol Angkatan 1984 itu berpandangan mata untuk pertama kalinya. Kala itu keduanya sama-sama berada di rumah sakit. “Saya membesuk adik saya, beliau juga membesuk adiknya,” ucap Novarina kepada SCTV di Jakarta, Kamis (11/2) petang.
Sejak saat itulah Novarina-Willi berhubungan. Dan bisa dibilang hubungan Novarina dan Willi berjalan mulus. Saat naik ke kelas tiga SMA pun, Novarina tak ragu menerima lamaran dan bertunangan dengan Willi. Setahun kemudian mereka sepakat melanjutkan hubungan ke jenjang pernikahan.
Kadang-kadang aspek yang paling penting dari suatu subjek tidak segera jelas. Jauhkan membaca untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang lengkap.
Novarina mengaku, Willi memang bukan tipe pria yang senang menghamburkan kata-kata pujian untuk melambungkan perasaan wanita. Bisa dikatakan Willi jarang merayu Novarina. Namun di balik sikapnya itu adalah kejujuran yang membuat Novarina yakin kepada Willi sejak awal bertemu. “Dia orangnya apa adanya. Dulu dia begitu sampai sekarang pun tetap begitu,” ucap Novarina.
Sejak awal Novarina siap dengan segala risiko menjadi pendamping hidup seorang polisi yang penuh dengan bahaya. Namun kasus yang belakangan menjerat sang suami betul-betul di luar dugaannya. “Tidak pernah terlintas dan terbayangkan kalau jadinya seperti ini,” kata Novarina.
Namun apapun itu, Novarina menerima kondisi ini sebagai kenyataan yang harus dihadapi. Tanpa lelah, ia mendukung Willi sepenuh hati. Sebagai ibu, Novarina pun mempunyai tanggung jawab menenangkan ketiga anaknya. Terlebih ketika awal-awal Willi terjerat kasus pembunuhan anak-anak terpukul, kecewa, dan tak menyangka hal seburuk ini terjadi pada ayah mereka. Kalau sudah begitu, Novarina mendekati anak-anak dan menjaga pandangan tetap positif. Salah satunya dengan caranya memberikan harapan bahwa segalanya akan berakhir baik selama yakin sang ayah tidak bersalah.
Hasilnya, bukan hanya anak-anak menerima keadaan dengan tabah, tapi juga ikut mendukung orangtua. Sikap itu otomatis membuat Novarina senantiasa kuat dan sabar menghadapi cobaan. Ia yakin doa seorang anak saleh didengar Tuhan. “Alhamduillah tadi pun anak saya dengan tidak menangis menelepon, mama harus kuat, ambil saja hikmahnya. Tuhan pasti bersama kita,” kata Novarina.
Novarina juga pantang menyerah. Dalam keadaan terburuk pun, Novarina mengaku tak akan membayangkan akhir cerita yang buruk. Tak terucap sepatah kata pun yang bernada putus asa dari mulut Novarina. Sebab ia percaya perkataan adalah doa. Bagi Novarina ini bukan keyakinan buta. Sebelum menjabat Kepala Kepolisian Resor Jakarta Selatan, Novarina kerap membayangkan sang suami menjabat posisi terhormat itu. Hingga akhirnya khayalan itu menjadi kenyataan. “Jadi saya hindari untuk berangan-angan yang jelek-jelek,” ujar Novarina.(ZAQ)
